Open Ubuntu Software center. Search for Compiz. You may see so many components there. Install Open GL window and compositing manager and Compiz. If any of these is already installed, install the missing one. Once installation is finished, open appearance settings and select Visual Effects tab. Now you can see three options there. You can check these options and apply the interested one.
